Very fine and elegant leaf tea. This tea not only offers a typical and tippy leaf appearance, but makes for a light flavorful 2nd Flush cup with a bit of body. Reminding the connoisseur of the very rare muscatel flavour that can be found in Darjeelings. Sikkim is situated to the north-west of the Darjeeling area at the foothills of the Himalayas. Contrary to Darjeelings this tea doesn’t mind a drop of milk. Infuse for 2-4 minutes, watertemp. 100 Celsius, 1 level tea spoon per cup.
