A very oriental blend of imperial spices like cinnamon, cloves, ginger, coriander, cardamom, star anis and pepper or chilli with a good quality black tea. This tea warms and comforts you. It’s best enjoyed with hot/steamed milk and sugar. Traditionally chai is simmered in milk for about 15 minutes, and then strained. It can also be prepared like normal black tea, infused for 3-5 minutes and any additions like hot milk or soy milk and sugar may be added later.
